A stripper thought to be working in St. Louis is facing allegations she forged $46,000 in checks she stole from a man she was dating so she could buy a Jaguar on Craigslist.
The 2002 Jaguar XT3 later needed $6,000 in engine repairs.
So she took it to a shop, where police impounded it, according to a criminal complaint.

Investigators interviewed the apartment manager at Brown’s previous St. Paul address. The manager told police that Brown had been evicted in April, and that he believed she was currently a stripper in St. Louis. She had lived at the apartment with a man, but the apartment manager said Brown told him she was dating Williams now.
