A group of strip club dancers have filed a federal lawsuit claiming their bosses cheated them out of thousands of dollars and some strippers at King of Diamonds say this has been happening for years.
Attorney Michelle Drake is representing two dancers in a federal suit that claims the owners of King of Diamonds charged a nightly house fee, and accepted unlawful kickbacks from dancers.
The suit also says the dancers, classified as independent contractors, were not even paid an hourly wage-only tips.
