North Memorial President and CEO Charged With Engaging With A Prostitute
5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has confirmed that the President and CEO of North Memorial has been charged with misdemeanor engaging with a prostitute.
According to arrest records, David Cress was arrested Wednesday by Richfield Police. Shortly after 4:30 p.m., he was released from jail.
Jail records show he got out after posting $50 bail.
We were there as Cress walked out of the Hennepin County Jail. Cress told our news crew at the jail he had no comment.
According to Cress’ biography, he has worked at North Memorial since 1982.

Richfield police tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS they spent Wednesday using their vice unit to target prostitution. They netted more than a dozen guys, ages 22 to 60, at a hotel room off I-494.
