A Rosemount man is charged with multiple felony coercion charges linked to a Bloomington man’s suicide.
Ricky Eugene Pouncil, 45, is facing allegations that he and a 31-year-old St. Louis Park woman tried to extort over $500,000 from a Bloomington man using photos and videos of him having sex with a prostitute working for Pouncil. See more in ThisweekLive story by Laura Adelmann.
