Maybe it has to do, in part, by all the immigrants that have seemed to take over the large public housing projects like the three on
Hiawatha and Franklin, 1247 Saint Anthony, Franklin and Cedar, 5th Ave and 26th, Pillsbury and 31st, and etc. Most of these buildings were built in the 1960s and 1970s. The Somolians came over here in the early 1990s. They are very religious people and don’t do drugs, prostitutes, etc. etc. They don’t bother you and they are quiet.
