The row house at 204 W. Arden Road, raided by county police twice in April, is boarded up so no one can enter. Neighbors say the stream of prostitutes and drug dealers dropping by the house to do business all hours of the night has dried up at last.

“At night, the cars would be lined up all along the street. It went on all night long, until five or six o’clock in the morning,” Teal said. “Trash was getting thrown out into the yard. Prostitutes would be with clients in their cars.”
